Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper care. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been used or are no longer in a resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
How to Request a Return
Contact Us: Before shipping the item back, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Item: Please securely pack the item, along with all accessories, in its original packaging. Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund request has been approved. Once your refund request is approved, we will process it, and the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received the funds within 10 business days of the refund approval, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
Exchanges
We offer exchange services if the item you received is defective or damaged, or if you wish to exchange it for a different item. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above. We will ship the replacement item after receiving and approving your returned product. We cover shipping costs for exchanges only in cases where the issue arose from an error on our part (e.g., defective merchandise or incorrect shipment).
Clearance Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, promotional or clearance items are non-refundable; all such sales are final.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done so and still have not received the refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift-giver.
